We go to great lengths to ensure that your models arrive on time and in good condition and we very much hope that you are pleased with your models and our service. If you are, please tell others- if you are not, please tell us.

If for any reason your model is unsatisfactory or damaged or incomplete in any way, we offer a no-quibble returns policy - simply return the model to us with an explanatory cover note and we will replace your model as quickly as possible or refund your payment in full. We will also credit return postage costs upon request.

Getting your models to you.

We hold massive stocks of many thousands of aircraft models at all times at most times the vast majority of models listed on our site are available from stock. All stock items will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Any item that is unavailable wil be placed on unpaid backorder and shipped immediatly it becomes available. No charge will be made to your card for any out of stock items until they are shipped please see our policies for further information.

If you would prefer to select alternative items, rather than wait please let us know. If we do not hear from you to the contrary we will continue to hold your order on file until it is fulfilled.

Returns Policy

Shipping and Delivery

Models are sent by First Class Post or Parcel force in the UK. International orders are sent by Air-mail. We never sent international items by surface mail, assuring you of rapid delivery no matter where in the world you are. Should you have any special requests on delivery please specify them in the comments box at the bottom of the order form. We will always try to meet your requests if it is possible to do so.
