Witty Wings - Sky Guardians (1/72 Scale Aircraft Models)

Die-cast metal 1/72 scale models in the Witty Wings series come fully finished in authentic markings and feature transparent canopies with interior detail and display stands.

World War II types so far available include the Messerschmitt Bf.109G, Mitsubishi A6M5 Zero, P-51D Mustang and Supermarine Spitfire whilst the first fast jets in the series were the F-14 Tomcat, F-15C and F-15D Eagle, F-16C and F-16D Fighting Falcon and F-18E and F-18F Super Hornet.

Markings of all the major World War II protagonists are covered, the Royal Air Force, Luftwaffe, United States Army Air Force (USAAF), Imperial Japanese Air Force as well as a few more unusual operators such as the Italian Air Force, Romanian Air Focre, Finnish Air Force and Israeli Air Force.

The modern jet types, some of which feature opening canopies and removable weaponry, come in the colours of many of the world's major air forces including the USAF (United States Air Force), United States Navy, Israeli Air Force and Belgian Air Force.

Models in the Sky Guardians range from Witty Wings can be collected alone or perfectly compliment the 1/72 scale die-cast metal models produced by some of the other manufacturers in this field such as Corgi Classics in their Aviation Archive series, Dragon Wings or Revell.
